Return Policy
We know you will love your new items, yet we realize sometimes the fit is wrong or an item just doesn’t work. That is why we ask you to open, inspect and try on your purchase when you receive it. A receipt with return address and information will accompany your package. Please use this to expedite your return.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for exchange or store credit. Please inspect and try on all items when they arrive. If for any reason you must return an item, it must be unworn with original tags still attached and receipt must be included.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, Please take a photo of the damage and send it to us immediately.
Send photo to: Info@cynthiasboutique.shop along with brief description and receipt number.
Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges
Return Rules:
- Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, smoke and perfume free, and without makeup, deodorant or other stains.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item if it does not meet the stated criteria. Pick up/shipping of these items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shoes must be sent back in the original box and wrapped with shipping paper or inserted in an additional shipping box.
- Bras, tights, socks and foot petals are not returnable.
- Jewelry is only returnable if it arrives damaged
- Return shipping responsibility of the buyer. We recommend sending items via USPS, FED EX or UPS, along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, We will process your return/exchange within five business days. You will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping charges
